Refueling

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and should be returned the same way.
Please use only high-octane petrol (Super 98 or Special 95) from trusted stations such as ENOC, ADNOC, or EPPCO across Dubai.
If the car is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply based on current market rates.

Car Wash

Every ATX Car Rental vehicle is handed over in immaculate, freshly detailed condition.
We kindly request customers to return the car clean to maintain its showroom appearance.
Avoid automatic car washes that use brushes — use only soft hand-wash or touch-free services to protect the vehicle’s paint and finish.
An additional cleaning fee may apply if the car is returned excessively dirty.

No Smoking

Smoking, vaping, or shisha is strictly prohibited inside all ATX vehicles.
A cleaning fee of AED 500 applies if smoke residue, odor, or burns are detected.
